Keeping Instagram and Facebook connected saves time and helps your business stay active on both platforms. Once linked, you can post once and reach followers in two places, while managing messages in one inbox.

1. Confirm Business Accounts

Check that your Instagram is set to a business or creator profile and your Facebook page is for your company. This unlocks the linking option.

2. Open Instagram Settings

From your profile, tap the menu, choose Settings and privacy, and open Accounts Center.

3. Link Your Facebook Page

In Accounts Center, select Add accounts. Sign in to Facebook and pick the page tied to your business.

5. Test the Connection

Share a post on Instagram and check that it shows up on your Facebook page.
